Position Summary
The Specialist Uniform Program plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Uniforms Store and serves as a knowledgeable representative of the JetBlue Uniform Program. This crewmember provides exceptional service to internal customers, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. They are adaptable, solutions-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining brand integrity.
Essential Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Operate a point of sale system to process transactions efficiently
- Conduct regular inventory tasks, including cycle counts and stock management
- Assist uniform eligible crewmembers or business partners with selection, sizing and fitting
- Process New Hire uniform orders, exchanges, and related transactions promptly to ensure timely onboarding
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, troubleshooting, processing returns, and managing exchanges
- Review and verify uniform reports from business partners for accuracy and follow-up as needed
- Support with protecting the integrity of our Brand as it relates to the uniform program
- Merchandise and maintain inventory in attractive and functional displays and manage store inventory to minimize stock outs
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
- One (1) year of professional experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel & Word
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Available for occasional overnight travel (up to10%)
- Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in apparel and apparel fitting and measuring
- Retail experience
- Inventory Management experience (inventory stocking, cycle counts, etc.)
Crewmember Expectations:
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays and be available for an emergency response on short notice
- Able to maintain a professional appearance
- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

- Promote JetBlue’s #1 value of safety as a Safety Ambassador, supporting JetBlue’s Safety Management System (SMS) components, Safety Policy and behavioral standards
- Identify safety and/or security concerns, issues, incidents or hazards that should be reported and report them whenever possible and by any means necessary including JetBlue’s confidential reporting systems (Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) or Safety Action Report (SAR))
