Analyst People Systems
Position Summary:
The Analyst People Systems reports to the Manager, People Systems and plays a key role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing JetBlue’s HR technology solutions, with a primary focus on SAP and SuccessFactors. The Analyst provides technical expertise, system analysis, and process improvement recommendations, ensuring People systems align with business needs and enhance the crewmember experience. This role also contributes to projects, data integrity, system enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration across the People Team and IT.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain People systems, including SAP, SuccessFactors, and integrated HR technologies.
- Partner with IT and external vendors to manage system configurations, permissions, workflows, and updates.
- Troubleshoot system issues and defects with urgency, accuracy, and clear communication to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular access reviews and system audits to maintain security, compliance, and data integrity.
- Assist with data analysis, HR reporting needs, and system performance monitoring.
- Participate in People systems projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, documentation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and rollout.
- Conduct UAT for enhancements, releases, and integrations, including test script creation, tester management, scenario assignment, and real-time support.
- Evaluate and recommend system enhancements, automation opportunities, and process improvements.
- Stay current on SAP, SuccessFactors, and HR technology releases, identifying relevant features and updates beneficial to the business.
- Collaborate with People Centers of Expertise (COEs), IT, Legal, Compliance, and business partners to ensure systems support operational and strategic needs.
- Develop training materials, job aids, and system documentation; facilitate user training where needed.
- Support AI and automation initiatives and explore tools and solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of People data for business stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; OR demonstrated ability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of relevant work experience.
- One (1) year of experience supporting HR systems, including SAP and SuccessFactors.
- Basic understanding of HR systems management and exposure to AI or workflow automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Available for overnight travel (up to 10%).
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. is required; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of system security best practices and data privacy requirements.
- Experience in HR data analysis, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
Crewmember Expectations:
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Potential need to work flexible hours and be available on short notice.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft.

- Must fulfill safety accountabilities as prescribed in JetBlue’s Safety Management System (SMS).

- Identify and report safety or security concerns, issues, incidents, or hazards whenever possible, including through confidential reporting systems.
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations (FAA, OSHA, DOT, etc.), Company policies, procedures, and risk controls.
- Uphold JetBlue’s safety performance goals and understand how they relate to job responsibilities.
- The use of ChatGPT or any other automated tool during the interview process will disqualify a candidate from being considered for the position.

Work Environment:
- Traditional office environment.
- Hybrid work model requiring presence in the Support Center three days per week.
Physical Effort:
- Generally not required, or up to 10 pounds occasionally, 0 pounds frequently (Sedentary).
Compensation:
- The base pay range for this position is between $50,000.00 and $89,600.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
