Position Summary

The Analyst, Employer Brand will lead the work to refine and project JetBlue's Employer Value Proposition attracting world-class talent to the organization. With a relentless drive to build and deploy compelling content, your excitement for creating engaging stories will continuously refresh our employer brand, telling the story of what it's like to work at JetBlue. You will play a critical role in refining our Crewmember Value Proposition and building a recruitment marketing and content strategy to attract top talent. You will also play a key role in celebrating the diversity of the organization, with deep partnerships across our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team as well as Corporate Communications.

 

Reporting to the Supervisor, TA Systems & Employer Brand, you will have direct oversight of our career site and media channels such as LinkedIn. You will develop consistent and impactful media for these platforms and play a key role in producing and presenting live events and digital info sessions. You will also lead recruitment marketing activities, including career site design and upkeep, social media activity, marketing inventory and placement strategy, and continuous work enhancing JetBlue's employer brand.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage and continuously update JetBlue's career site and LinkedIn page, as well as all other media channels as assigned
  • Design and deploy compelling recruitment marketing campaigns to support key initiatives and hiring efforts
  • Work in partnership with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team to build campaigns and messaging designed to celebrate JetBlue's culture, and attract underrepresented talent at all levels
  • Own the development and delivery of compelling content in partnership with Corporate Communications that can be used for social media, online events, and other recruitment activities
  • Oversee all ad inventory purchasing, managing performance and adjusting as needed
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with the design and supply of compelling content, including physical collateral, digital assets, and more
  • Monitor and report on the performance of all employer brand and recruitment marketing activities
  • Work in partnership with Corporate Communications and Commercial Marketing to ensure a deep alignment with broader messaging across the organization
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or High School Diploma/ General Education  Diploma (GED) with four (4) years of related work experience
  • One (1) year experience in marketing, brand, or communications
  • Available for domestic and international overnight travel (20%)
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy
  • Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience with cost-per-click and performance marketing campaign design
  • Experience building omnichannel marketing and communications campaigns
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Experience with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience with budgets
  • Previous project management experience
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines with quick turnaround
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and to think critically and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Strong team player with the ability to take the initiative and work well independently

Crewmember Expectations

  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
  • Well-groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance
  • When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft
  • Must be an appropriate organizational fit for the JetBlue culture, that is, exhibit the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion, and Fun
  • Promote JetBlue's #1 value of safety as a Safety Ambassador, supporting JetBlue's Safety Management System (SMS) components, Safety Policy, and behavioral standards
  • Identify safety and/or security concerns, issues, incidents, or hazards that should be reported and report them whenever possible and by any means necessary, including JetBlue's confidential reporting systems (Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) or Safety Action Report (SAR))
