Position Title: Senior Analyst – Technical Programs (LSC)
Position Summary
The Senior Analyst will oversee the management of the Electronic Flight Bag Program, associated Apps and Applications, mobile device management, communications, and support. The Senior Analyst is an effective communicator, both verbally and written, and enjoys interacting with a diverse group of people at different levels within the organization. Essential Responsibilities:
- Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) management as an Assistant EFB Administrator
- Manage Jeppesen Document Manager (JDM) to ensure charting and navigation content is properly assigned to individual pilots.
- Manage AirWatch Mobile Device Management (MDM) to support and ensure quality control for EFBs.
- Manage the Electronic Flight Bag collection and documentation as a Comply365 Administrator
- Evaluate technology options, tools and improvements and make recommendations to IT and Flight Operations leadership.
- Design technical training materials, videos, SharePoint sites, infographics, apps and icons.
- Lead Product / Project Management efforts for all current & future EFB apps and initiatives.
- Author Technical Programs communications to keep Pilots current and up to date with the latest information and App, EFB, iPadOS, Policy, and Procedure updates.
- Work with Business Partners (e.g., Apple, AirWatch, Microsoft, Jeppesen) to plan and execute device/application rollouts for Flight Operations Technical Programs.
- Assist Flight Operations leadership with ad-hoc projects, research, and development of solutions and communications plans
- Collaborate with SMEs and divisional stakeholders to maintain EFB Program feedback channels.
- Partner with other airlines and represent JetBlue at industry working groups on EFB Program best practices and regulatory topics.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
- Three (3) years of analytical experience and/or quality management
- Working knowledge and demonstrated competency with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook with expert abilities in Excel and SharePoint
- Working knowledge of both video and photo editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Photoshop
- Advanced computers skills, including knowledge of programming, database usage, and development
- Advanced knowledge of iOS/iPadOS/MacOS ecosystem
- Strong team building interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Available for occasional overnight travel (up to 10%)
- In possession of valid travel documents with the ability to travel in and out of the United States
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM area of study
- Two (2) years of experience in aviation or airline operations
- Programming language familiarity
- Swift Programming language familiarity
- SQL Database management familiarity
- Aeronautical navigation and charting system familiarity
Crewmember Expectations:
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
- Able to maintain a professional appearance
- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

Compensation:
- The base pay range for this position is between $64,000.00 and $103,100.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
