Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, Infrastructure Planning and Delivery supports the Infrastructure Properties and Development team’s efforts to develop and manage capital projects, construction, and strategic real estate initiatives. The Senior Analyst would report to, Manager, Infrastructure Planning. The Senior Analyst works in a project-oriented environment and engages in broad analyses including effective end-to-end project management of strategic real estate initiatives and capital projects.
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage capital projects in our terminals and support facilities to upgrade and maintain airline infrastructure in a state of good repair
- Interface with architects, construction managers and internal stakeholders to review designs, constructability, and construction logistics to minimize operational impacts
- Manage and monitor progress against project scope, schedule, and budget
- Interface with airports authorities on approvals and other issues
- Interface with user groups, JetBlue senior leaders, designers and contractors to ensure proper communication and governance over decision-making
- Identify project issues and risks and ensure timely resolution and mitigation
- Recommend solutions to senior management for the resolution of critical issues
- Ensure project activities follow established requirements and adhere to all relevant standards, guidelines, codes, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Ensure that safety and quality are an integral part of project operations
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, urban planning, business, real estate or other related field OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous related work experience
- Two (2) years of construction, capital program management, facility management, real estate development, project management experience, facility planning, or other related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with extensive Excel experience
- Excellent communications and people skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and analytical skills
- Able to collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Available for frequent overnight travel (25%)
- In possession of valid travel documents with the ability to travel in and out of the United States
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Experience supporting aviation, airport, terminal, or other complex infrastructure projects
- Experience coordinating with airport authorities, airlines, consultants, contractors, and operational stakeholders
- Experience working in a highly operational environment with minimal disruption to ongoing operations
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or other relevant project management certification preferred
- Proficiency with project scheduling, budgeting, or project management tools such as Primavera P6, Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms preferred
- Familiarity with design and construction software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar tools is a plus

- Able to maintain a professional appearance
- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

- Identify safety and security concerns, issues, incidents or hazards that should be reported and report them whenever possible and by any means necessary including JetBlue’s confidential reporting systems (Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) and Safety Action Report (SAR))
- Responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, regulations (FAA, OSHA, DOT, etc.) and Company policies, procedures and risk controls
- Uphold JetBlue’s safety performance metric goals and understand how they relate to their duties and responsibilities
- The use of ChatGPT or any other automated tool during the interview process will disqualify a candidate from being considered for the position.

Compensation:
- The base pay range for this position is between $56,500.00 and $103,100.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
