Title: Senior Analyst IT Corporate Products

Position Summary
As a member of the IT Corporate Products team, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for designing and configuring the SAP system based on business and/or statutory requirements. The Senior Analyst coordinates with SAP, IT and Business resources in the successful implementation of enhanced SAP functionality.
Essential Responsibilities
- Participate in systems design and configuration of the SAP Financials/Supply Chain modules and sub-modules
- Create BPPs (Business Process Procedures) based on analyzing business requirements and process analysis
- Develop and design RICEFW components to support business and system processes
- Participate in and direct unit, regression, and end-to end testing through creation test strategy and execution documentation
- Configure SAP functionality while complying with sound System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Comply with JetBlue Airways’ Client instance strategy for executing transports system changes
- Work with the SAP Center of Excellence (COE) Basis team for translating functionality requirements into technical attributes
- Ensure smooth integration and/or rollout of new functionality into operational environments by coordinating closely with the affected functional and technical teams
- Capability to categorize testing errors into syntax and/or logic errors and then coordinate with SAP COE and business team in categorizing error attributes
- Provide communication and reporting to leadership regarding testing progress, status and issues
- Engage in software quality assurance and control for testing process improvements
- Deploy software to test environments, developing release notes for production and participating in the production rollout
- Use HP Quality Center to track requirements, and execute test cases
- Other tasks as assigned
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or a related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience
- Three (3) years of progressive experience with design, configuration, and support of SAP Finance and Controlling Modules
- SAP Financials consulting and configuration experience with a leading 'systems integration' firm
- Experience in at least three (3) lifecycles of SAP implementations
- Exposure to Financial sub-modules within SAP including AR, AP, GL, AA, CO-CCA, CO-PCA, CO-PC, Project Systems, Internal Orders
- Exposure to the following products: MM, ARIBA, and Trax
- Exposure to or knowledge of SAP Activate, ASAP or related methodology
- Experience in business analysis, requirements reviews, and creation of testing requirements
- Capability to configure SAP Financials modules based on SAP Best Practices as well as customized business requirements
- Ability to understand Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the impact business transactions have on a general ledger
- Knowledge of Functional, System, Integration, Unit and Regression tests
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio).
- Ability to analyze, document, and verify system change requests (defects, enhancements, and new features)
- Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Exposure to S4HANA Asset Accounting and Project Systems

Compensation:
- The base pay range for this position is between $100,000.00 and $128,600.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
