Position Title: Senior Analyst Financial (BPC System) 


Position Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst’s (SAP-BPC System) primary responsibilities will be to serve as the system Administrator maintaining SAP BPC, support system improvement and data visualization efforts, and participate in long term financial management, strategic initiatives, and competitive analysis. The Senior Financial Analyst will also assist with ad hoc analyses as necessary. 


Essential Responsibilities

· Maintain SAP-BPC technical environments; including dimensions, hierarchies, master data, script logic, templates, and reports

· Lead QA testing for all major system implementations and changes

· Perform monthly and quarterly data loads (headcount, actuals, and statistical drivers) in BPC

· Work with IT and business users to streamline templates for more accurate and seamless forecasting 

· Assist with report development and data visualization for executive leadership using BPC and other data visualization tools

· Serve as a liaison between business users and IT / Data Science teams 

· Assists Central FP&A in proper financial analysis, collaboration and good thinking to provide strategic guidance and sound business decision support to leaders 

· Other duties as assigned


Minimum Experience and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management

· Three (3) years of financial or accounting experience 

· Experience using, supporting and administering SAP BPC or Similar SAP product

· Exposure to BW and BI

· Experience using SQL 

· Experience using Tableau or similar data visualization tool

· Strong understanding of Finance, FP&A and management reporting

· Excellent with the Microsoft Office suite especially strong in Microsoft Excel

· Excellent communication and analytical skills

· Must be able to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, and complete assignments accurately and timely

· Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test

· Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located


Preferred Experience and Qualifications

· Experience using, supporting and administering SAP BPC

· Prior Airline or related industry experience
