Position Title: Senior Analyst Centralized Publications (LSC, OSC)

 

Position Summary:

The Senior Analyst Centralized Publications provides technical support to internal and external users of various content management systems. The Senior Analyst Centralized Publications also manages incoming documentation, maintains documentation databases, and helps develop improvements in workflows. The Senior Analyst assists with documentation quality control, audits, and assigned business partner web access accounts.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Maintains business partner network access which includes interfacing with business partners and IT
  • Assists in application upgrade evaluation and testing of upgrades.
  • Contributes to the development of functional specifications for application enhancements
  • Analyzes business requirements and maintain project timelines.  Analyzes data to support enhanced information architecture and improved user experience. 
  • Provides validation support during the rollout of new software functionality
  • Assist in ensuring manuals are current and up to date in preparation for audits and serve as the point of contact during audit and gap analysis and documentation quality control
  • Identifies areas for process improvements and makes recommendations to increase efficiency
  • Provides product requirement clarification representing stakeholder needs
  • Provides technical guidance and supports internal and external users
  • Supports ad hoc editing/content development including supporting manual revisions
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
  • Three (3) years’ experience in a related technical role
  • Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and collaboratively to meet deadlines
  • Ability to provide technical guidance, direction, and problem solving to less technical audiences
  • Understanding of XML and/or HTML
  • Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills
  • Effective verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong proactive interpersonal skills
  • Available for overnight travel (10%)
  • Ability to pre-employment drug test
  • Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
  • Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

 

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Four (4) years of analytical experience
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, including ability to present complex data and analytics to large and diverse audiences using simple language
  • Strong Microsoft skills (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Competency with a Content Management System
  • Experience with API management
  • Experience monitoring a support mailbox
  • Experience working in a regulatory environment
  • Strong writing skills
  • Previous airline experience

  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
  • Able to maintain a professional appearance
  • When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

Compensation:

  • The base pay range for this position is between $56,500.00 and $103,100.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
