Position Title: Project Manager, JetBlue Creative Studio
Position Summary
JetBlue’s Creative Studio is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our in-house team. As a key member of the JetBlue Creative Studio, you’ll serve as the central hub for managing the full lifecycle of creative projects—from kick-off to delivery—ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are met with excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, writers, strategists, and cross-functional teams to deliver standout creative across digital, print, social, and environmental channels. Essential Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the Creative Studio and internal stakeholders, including marketing, revenue management, and other cross-functional teams
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines, prioritize tasks, allocating resources effectively and identifying potential risks or roadblocks
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines and project workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency across all campaigns
- Coordinate team meetings, including project kickoffs, brainstorms, and critiques, ensuring all participants are aligned on goals and deliverables
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, using project management tools to maintain transparency
- Adapt to changing project needs and priorities, while supporting multiple projects simultaneously
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience
- Three (3) years of professional experience in project management, preferably in an agency, or in-house creative environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to delivery
- Proficiency in project management with Asana
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of professional experience in project management, preferably in an agency, or in-house creative environment
- Experience working on lifestyle, travel, or consumer-facing brands
- Familiarity with creative workflows and terminology in both digital and print production
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certification
- Understanding of motion design or animation processes is a plus

- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short notice
- Able to maintain a professional appearance
- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

Compensation:
- The base pay range for this position is between $90,000.00 and $105,000.00. Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more
