Title: Manager Identity and Access Management

Position Summary:
The Identity and Access Management (IAM / IdAM) Manager will lead the design, development, and management of the firms’ enterprise IAM transformation program and play a key role in customer authentication and authorization. The individual will be accountable for vision/roadmap through to implementation. As the hands-on leader, the Manager serves as the subject-matter expert for identity governance, access management, and privileged access management; helping to shape the transformation of current architecture, processes, tools, and procedures. The optimal candidate will be hands-on technical leader with a passion for identity and a focus on customer experience.
The Identity and Access Management Manager will report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer and serve as a people manager; mentoring junior IAM team members, helping to further develop IAM delivery skills and capabilities. Additionally, the Manager works directly and in continuous concert with other teams; as such, interpersonal and communication skills, relationship-building, and organizational effectiveness will be as important as technical acumen for the successful candidate.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead the large-scale, multiyear enterprise Identity and Access Management transformation program from planning to design to requirements through implementation.
- Lead discovery and design future state of operational processes, balancing reuse of existing procedures, addressing a full range of requirements to include provisioning/deprovisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), governance, automation, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), privileged access management (PAM), identity federation, etc.
- Ensure the IAM architectures, processes, and system integrations are designed according to IAM methodologies fulfilling security, reliability, scalability, and regulatory requirements.
- Own the IAM Steering committee, assisted by the IAM Program Manager, leading discussion around key findings, proof of value, recommendations, and progress updates.
- Ensure the change management, communication, and training efforts related to the IAM program are comprehensive, timely, and clear.
- Lead the IAM engineering team, service providers, and business partners to build, test, and deploy IAM systems and processes.
- Provide guidance on supporting, monitoring, and troubleshooting IAM systems and processes.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of IAM systems and processes, identify opportunities for improvements, and lead improvement efforts.
- Take a significant role in the development of Crewmembers to support their engagement, growth, and goal achievement.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience.
- Five (5) years of experience with enterprise directory technologies, identity and access management architecture, methodology, process, and system integration.
- Five (5) years leading information technology or cybersecurity teams, with direct management of cross functional, sourced, or matrixed teams.
- Five (5) years’ experience with Identity management / Identity Governance and Administration technologies, Active Directory, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Enterprise Information Systems.
- Experience with and knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and software delivery models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
- Proficiency with Windows-based AuthZ/AuthN software and Microsoft Azure suite.
- Available for occasional overnight travel (up to 20%).
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
- Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Eight (8) years' experience with enterprise directory technologies, identity and access management architecture, methodology, process, and system integration.
- Eight (8) years’ experience with Identity management / Identity Governance and Administration technologies, Active Directory, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Enterprise Information Systems.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and managerial skills including the ability to motivate others.
- High tolerance for working in a dynamic and shifting environment and able to readily embrace and participate in change initiatives.
- Industry certifications or willingness to obtain (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CIPP, CISA) .
- Ability to tailor communication style to different audiences (senior management, stakeholders, team members, etc.).
- Ability to work effectively with all levels and in diverse environments.
- Ability to manage risk.

Compensation:
- The base pay range for this position is between $118,800.00 and $177,100.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include performance bonuses, restricted stock units, as well as access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
