Position Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing product team committed to delivering digital experiences that our customers love. The Associate Product Manager Digital Products reports to the Manager IT Self Service Products. This person will work closely with the Product Manager IT Digital and Customer Products to help define the overall strategy for our self-service day-of-travel products.
As a key member of the IT Self Service team, the Associate Product Manager Digital Products will engage with individuals across various levels and functions both within and outside the organization. They should be passionate about digital self-service products that optimize and enhance the end-to-end JetBlue travel experience. Essential Responsibilities
- Help define and execute the product strategy for self-service day-of-travel experiences, ensuring customers have seamless, stress-free journeys
- Advocate for user needs, leveraging data insights, prototyping, and user testing to enhance design, drive decisions, and deliver real value
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to translate vision into action, leading requirements discussions and ensuring smooth execution
- Craft clear, detailed epics, user stories, and success metrics, grooming the backlog and supporting prioritization to keep the team focused on impact
- Engage with stakeholders across the business, act as a trusted partner to the Product Manager, and support Engineering & Quality Assurance (QA) throughout the product lifecycle
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous related work experience
- One (1) year of product management and/or business analysis experience
- Candidates must demonstrate Analytical Thinking, Technical Understanding, and Written Communication skills in a work sample assessment
- Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
- Able to work flexible hours and be available for an emergency response on short notice
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Two (2) – three (3) years of experience managing customer-facing digital products and cross-functional projects
- Experience with digital platforms (mobile, web, kiosks) and self-service technologies, particularly airline check-in applications
- Basic understanding of eCommerce, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and marketing
- Airline industry experience is a plus

- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

- Identify safety and/or security concerns, issues, incidents or hazards that should be reported and report them whenever possible and by any means necessary including JetBlue’s confidential reporting systems (Aviation Safety Action Program [ASAP] or Safety Action Report [SAR])

Compensation:
- The base pay range for this position is between $77,000.00 and $112,000.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
