Analyst Loyalty Partnerships Other Airlines
Position Summary:
The Analyst Loyalty Partnerships Other Airlines supports the delivery of the TrueBlue airline partner portfolio, as well as executing on the strategy to drive point sales and member engagement. The Analyst will support the team’s overall goal of optimizing Other Airline (OA) partnerships and marketing activities to drive revenue and improve engagement.
Essential Functions:
- Continuously evaluate the structure and offerings of JetBlue’s TrueBlue Airline Partners program, and support and implement any necessary changes based on quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Develop and maintain benchmarking of TrueBlue Partnerships
- Evaluate new ways to engender deeper engagement and increased points earn with the loyalty partners and lead roll-out of any new initiatives
- Manage and enhance assigned loyalty partner points sales and marketing programs
- Support the team with negotiation of Partner deals
- Project manage cross functionally with collaborative teams (ie: IT, Customer Support, Alliances and Revenue Management, etc.) to support actioning Commercial agreements; recommend areas of improvement and collaboration to proactively tackle issues
- Partner with the finance and revenue accounting teams to ensure accurate cost and revenue forecasts are in place
- Maintain partner pages and other Customer-facing resources with updated information for easy Customer comprehension and use
- Collaborate with Brand, Marketing Communications, and Partnerships & Alliances to support promos
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience
- One (1) year of airline, loyalty or marketing experience
- Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong comprehension of loyalty programs and credit cards
- Ability to build relationships and work across all levels and influence with impact
- Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
- Must be in possession of valid travel documents with the ability to travel in and out of the United States
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in business administration or related field
- Four (4) years of loyalty marketing experience
- One (1) years of experience managing projects or leading teams
- Ability to cultivate a broad understanding of the entire TrueBlue program including marketing, operations, metrics, financials/liability, customer service and training
- Knowledge of airline industry trends and travel technology
- Marketing Expertise: Knowledge acquisition and engagement strategies, tactics, and tools

- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
- Able to maintain a professional appearance
- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

Compensation:
- The base pay range for this position is between $58,500.00 and $89,600.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
