Position Summary:
JetBlue’s TrueBlue is an award-winning loyalty program with a rapidly increasing customer base and an expanding network of partnerships. JetBlue is looking for an Analyst, Loyalty Revenue Insights, to be based at JetBlue’s Support Center in Long Island City, NY.
The Analyst, Loyalty Revenue Insights is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting and analytical frameworks that enable data-driven decisions across JetBlue's loyalty business. This role partners closely with Digital, Strategy, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Revenue Management, and Loyalty teams to ensure accurate reporting of loyalty revenue, accrual and redemption activity, customer behavior, and other key performance metrics.
As a data-driven thought partner, the Analyst transforms complex data into actionable insights that optimize loyalty revenue, enhance customer value, and support strategic growth and financial objectives.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting, dashboards, and analytical frameworks to measure loyalty revenue performance, accrual and redemption activity, customer behavior, and key performance indicators.
- Analyze customer, financial, and operational data to identify trends, evaluate program performance, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic and financial decision-making.
- Partner cross-functionally across teams to ensure accurate reporting, improve data quality, and support key business initiatives.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning through performance reporting, trend analysis, and financial modeling.
- Evaluate the performance of loyalty initiatives, promotions, and program enhancements through recurring and ad hoc analyses, recommending opportunities to improve revenue performance and customer engagement.
- Enhance reporting capabilities by identifying opportunities to automate reporting, improve data accessibility, strengthen data governance, and increase operational efficiency.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and communicate business performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, or related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience
- Two (2) years of analytical quantitative experience
- Experience working with large datasets and translating data into business insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as quantitative critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Candidates must demonstrate Analysis, Problem-Solving, and Presentation skills in a work sample assessment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word
- Ability to work cross-functionally, collaboratively, and under pressure
- Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, or related field
- Three (3) years of analytical quantitative experience
- Experience supporting financial reporting, forecasting, or business performance analytics
- One (1) year of Revenue Management (RM) experience
- A proven interest in airlines, aviation, or transportation systems in schooling or prior work experience

- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
- Able to maintain a professional appearance
- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

Compensation:
- The base pay range for this position is between $67,000.00 and $101,000.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more
