Position Title: Analyst, Contract Lifecycle Management
Position Summary
The Analyst, Contract Lifecycle Management serves as a primary interface between JetBlue’s Contract Lifecycle Management Center of Excellence (CLM CoE), our vast network of business partners, the respective business unit stakeholders, and the Strategic Sourcing team at large. The Analyst shall also serve by supporting certain aspects of the contract lifecycle, including business partner performance metrics, contract execution and renewal processes and communication with respective stakeholders to ensure contract adherence. The Analyst partners with Strategic Sourcing, and all stakeholders, to ensure all parties are properly informed about contractual matters. The Analyst, which reports to the Senior Manager, Contract Lifecycle Management Center of Excellence, will ensure that operational and commercial needs are appropriately considered while providing outstanding customer service in a respectful and helpful manner.
Essential Responsibilities
- Ability to manage transactions that flow from corporate initiatives and Internal Stakeholders.
- Supports Business Reviews (Monthly Business Reviews [MBR’s] & Quarterly Business Reviews [QBR’s]), supporting the respective business units with the creation of materials and the preparation for leadership-level meetings.
- Partners with respective business units to develop and operationalize business partner performance metrics, ensuring regular distribution and review to provide meaningful assessment of business partner performance for key internal stakeholders.
- Participate in regularly held business unit meetings to bridge communication gaps and address any open items for concern between internal stakeholders, Strategic Sourcing, and business partners.
- Evaluate contract compliance, as well as advise business units on contractual rights and obligations.
- Supports sourcing initiatives to obtain optimal value for JetBlue and their respective business unit including estimating the cost savings benefits for sourcing opportunities and evaluating Strategic Sourcing performance metrics (Key Performance Indicators [KPIs]).
- Identify operational efficiencies.
- Supports with data analysis and recommendations.
- Establishes a portfolio of core business partner services.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or a related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience.
- One (1) year of strategic sourcing, supplier, service management, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient with MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient with reporting tools and the ability to construct ad hoc reporting based on demand requests.
- Strong verbal written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
- Proficient in financial, quantitative, and analytical skills.
- Ability to reconcile business partner invoices against contractual pricing.
- Basic understanding of contract changes control procedures.
- Able to interpret and communicate Statements of Work (SOW’s) as well as Master Service Agreements (MSA’s), Amendments, and various other contractual documents.
- Available for overnight travel (10%).
- Currently in possession of a valid Passport with the ability to travel in and out of the United States.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
- Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Two (2) years of strategic sourcing, supplier, service management, or equivalent experience.
- Two (2) years’ experience working in Sourcing, Contracts, or similar operations environment.
- Basic project management skills.

- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short notice.
- Able to maintain a professional appearance.
- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crew members are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft.

Compensation:
- The base pay range for this position is between $64,350.00 and $89,600.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
