Position Summary:
The Analyst, Cobrand Merchandising plays a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing merchandising strategies that drive acquisition and engagement for JetBlue's co-brand credit card across owned digital marketing channels. This role serves as the primary coordinator ("quarterback") for co-brand merchandising initiatives across JetBlue.com, the JetBlue mobile app, email, and push notification channels, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and aligned with business priorities.
The Analyst partners closely with Loyalty (Cobrand), E-Commerce, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Creative Services, Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams to coordinate campaign calendars, prioritize merchandising opportunities, and deliver consistent customer experiences across owned digital touchpoints. This role also owns ongoing merchandising performance management, identifying optimization opportunities that improve acquisition performance and help the business meet or exceed forecasted goals.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end merchandising execution for JetBlue's co-brand credit card across JetBlue.com, the JetBlue mobile app, email, and push notification channels.
- Serve as the primary cross-functional coordinator between Loyalty (Co-Brand), CRM, E-Commerce, Creative, Product, Analytics, Brand Marketing, and channel owners to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
- Manage merchandising calendars and campaign prioritization to ensure alignment across digital touchpoints.
- Develop merchandising briefs and execution requirements, partnering with Creative and channel teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Coordinate homepage placements, landing pages, promotional modules, triggered, lifecycle, and solo email campaigns, push notifications, and other owned digital merchandising experiences supporting co-brand acquisition and engagement goals.
- Ensure merchandising assets, offers, messaging, legal copy, and creative are consistent across all customer touchpoints.
- Partner with channel owners to QA merchandising experiences before launch, ensuring accuracy, functionality, accessibility, and brand compliance.
- Own ongoing merchandising performance management for the co-brand portfolio by tracking results against forecasts and acquisition targets, recommending and coordinating optimizations across JetBlue.com, the mobile app, email, and push channels to maximize performance and drive incremental card acquisitions.
- Monitor campaign performance and merchandising effectiveness across digital channels, identifying trends and insights to improve customer engagement and conversion.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to improve merchandising performance and customer acquisition.
- Maintain documentation of merchandising processes, campaign calendars, creative assets, and execution timelines.
- Partner with Analytics and Loyalty teams to develop reporting that measures merchandising effectiveness and informs future optimization opportunities.
- Identify process improvements that streamline merchandising workflows and improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve merchandising planning, campaign execution, and operational efficiency where appropriate.
- Stay informed on digital merchandising trends, customer experience best practices, and competitive co-brand marketing strategies.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous related work experience.
- Two (2) years of experience in digital merchandising, digital marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, e-commerce, project management, or related marketing functions.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing campaigns involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to execute campaigns with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience working with digital marketing platforms, content management systems, or marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across marketing, product, creative, and business teams.
- Strong team player with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Available for occasional overnight travel (10%).
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Three (3) years or more experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, CRM, merchandising, loyalty marketing, or financial services marketing.
- Experience managing marketing campaign calendars and cross-functional campaign execution.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Dynamic Yield, Magnolia, Braze, or similar.
- Experience working with enterprise CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of digital merchandising, customer journey optimization, personalization, and testing strategies.
- Experience using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, or similar reporting platforms.
- Experience supporting loyalty, travel, financial services, or co-brand marketing programs.
- Familiarity with Agile marketing or project management methodologies.

- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

Compensation:
- The base pay range for this position is between $67,000.00 and $101,000.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
