Position Title: Analyst CRO & A/B Testing
Position Summary:
The Analyst CRO & A/B Testing is a key member of the CRO and A/B Testing team. The Analyst is technically proficient and analytically driven and will be responsible for helping scale JetBlue’s digital experimentation (A/B testing) and CRO strategy across JetBlue.com and the JetBlue mobile app. The Analyst will be responsible for designing, building and supporting the end-to-end test implementation to improve conversion rates, drive digital engagement and optimize the customer journey.
The Analyst, CRO & A/B Testing will work both independently and cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, Analytics, Design and Content teams to design and analyze structured experiments. They will also keep abreast with industry trends and drive the A/B testing practice across JetBlue to ensure that every test is technically sound, statistically valid, on-brand and customer-centric. The ideal candidate will bring an analytical mindset, technical curiosity, a keen eye for digital UX and design and a strong sense of ownership over the A/B testing program. Essential Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Manager of A/B Testing & CRO to design, configure, and execute statistically rigorous A/B and multivariate tests across web and mobile platforms
- Build experiences and personalization campaigns in Dynamic Yield, including segmentation, triggers, targeting logic, and goal tracking
- Perform technical QA to ensure proper tagging, event firing, and data integrity before, during, and after experiments
- Analyze test results using appropriate statistical methods (e.g., t-tests, confidence intervals, uplift calculations) and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Write and maintain SQL queries for behavioral and transactional data extraction, validation, and test reporting
- Develop dashboards and reporting pipelines to visualize experiment performance and trends over time
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and analysts to integrate experimentation into agile workflows
- Work closely with UX designers and copywriters to create thoughtful, testable experiences that align with brand standards and customer expectations
- Apply a keen eye for design and user experience (UX) to identify opportunities for conversion improvement and evaluate how visual, copy, and layout changes influence behavior
- Maintain documentation of test hypotheses, design decisions, outcomes, and impact to promote knowledge sharing
- Ensure clean and consistent tracking by working with analytics and martech teams to resolve any data capture issues
- Stay current on CRO and A/B testing trends, frameworks, and emerging technologies—and proactively incorporate new best practices into our testing methodology

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering)
- One (1) year of experience in digital analytics, optimization, or experimentation roles
- Hands-on experience with Dynamic Yield or similar experimentation/personalization platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target)
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large data sets
- Strong understanding of A/B testing principles, experimental design, statistical significance, and test sizing
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, FullStory, Adobe Analytics etc.
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with tag management systems like Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort working with wireframes, prototypes, UX flows, and branded creative in collaboration with design and content teams
- Strong team player with the ability to take initiative and work well independently
- High attention to detail with the ability to think critically
- Effective written, verbal and presentation skills
- Able to work flexible hours and be available for an emergency response on short notice
- Available for overnight travel (10%)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located

Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Two (2) or more years of experience in digital analytics, optimization, or experimentation roles
- Experience analyzing or troubleshooting personalization campaigns
- Familiarity with Python or R for deeper statistical analysis or workflow automation
- Experience in travel, airline, hospitality, or e-commerce industries
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Certifications in digital analytics, experimentation, or CRO (e.g., CXL, Google Analytics, Dynamic Yield certification)

- Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
- Able to maintain a professional appearance
- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

Compensation:
- The base pay range for this position is between $64,350.00 and $89,600.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more
