Position Summary

The Sr. Analyst, Marketing Projects is responsible for organizing and monitoring all activities related to marketing projects, asset development and campaigns to develop clear timelines and identify risks before they arise. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and will support all marketing functions including: brand, email, PR, organic social, content, creative and paid media. This role will be responsible for coordinating the timelines and deliverables for the marketing department. The Sr. Analyst, Marketing Projects will handle multi-phase and cross-functional projects supporting all Paisly marketing functions. There will be a deep collaboration with the Commercial team, in-house creative team, the external marketing agency, JetBlue email team, the email developers and the data analytics team. From the time a promotion or product brief is created, the ideal candidate will coordinate across teams to ensure projects are flawlessly delivered on time, across multiple projects, campaigns and clients.

 

Essential Responsibilities

  • Responsible for setting up a meeting cadence for team meetings to provide timely updates on all projects.
  • Identify risks and obstacles as they arise and communicate them in a timely manner with a “solution based” approach.
  • Work with individual channel owners on program calendars to ensure all projects are properly accounted for within timelines.
  • Develop a process to log, prioritize and track all content requests to ensure visibility to all stakeholders within the organization on status and expected delivery date (re-prioritize as business needs change.)
  • Support the marketing team in working with the JetBlue Advertising team to ensure cross-product optimization of campaigns and budgets.
  • Communicate regularly with the external agency Project Manager to ensure all timelines are being met and accounted for correctly.
  • Proactively identify all stakeholders for projects upon initiation of the brief, develop an accurate timeline for all tasks and requirements. Creative based on channel strategy, segmentation, A/B testing, data, web tracking and email development.
  • Provide quality assurance (QA) and reporting support as needed.
  • Work with the JetBlue email team to understand roadblocks on the email calendar.
  • Other complex projects and duties as assigned, including supporting other clients.

 

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience in Marketing, Project Management or a related field.
  • Three (3) years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience working in project management tools (Asana, Jira).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse departments and teams. Demonstrates the capacity to delegate responsibilities as an integral part of the role.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
  • Must pass a ten (10) year background check.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
  • Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

 

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience performing a Project Management role within an agency.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

  • Regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice.
  • Able to maintain a professional appearance.
  • When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft.
  • Must be an appropriate organizational fit for the JetBlue culture, that is, exhibit the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion and Fun.
