Title:  Lead, Technology Products (Paisly)

Position Summary

The Lead, Technology Products at Paisly is responsible for leading the end-to-end development of digital products which includes identifying opportunities, defining product vision and strategy and implementing business and tech requirements. This role works closely with product and data engineering teams to launch technology products that enable Paisly to become a digital disruptor and collaborates heavily with matrixed IT and external business partners.

Essential Responsibilities

• Run product development cycle and product methodologies for the assigned platform or products. This includes building requirements, running product ceremonies (grooming/planning) and leading squad teams.
• Contribute to the Paisly technology product strategy as a component of the overall technology strategy which also includes overseeing the product roadmap and priorities.
• Lead to the development, implementation and execution of Paisly technology products.
• Coordinate product optimization and A/B testing.

• Serve as ambassador for product portfolio, leading communication plans and presentations across functional teams.
• Partner with Data Engineering to build reporting that provides product performances and key metrics.
• Review and analyze reporting to identify trends and insights of products.

• Partner with the User Experience (UX) team to get feedback from real potential customers through distinct research methodologies.
• Responsible for ensuring security, reliability and scalability of Paisly technology products. 
• Partner with JetBlue IT to lead technology infrastructure development and execution, ensuring solutions are secure, reliable and scalable.
• Engage in a collection of external technology products used to deliver business products.
• Other complex projects and duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma.
• Three (3) years of experience in a strategy, analytics, engineering or technology role.
• Demonstrated project coordination skills and knowledge/experience of agile methodologies and tools/systems.
• Knowledge of analytical systems and tools.
• Experience interacting daily with people at different levels within the organization, including developing and maintaining ongoing relationships.
• Available for occasional overnight travel (10%).
• Must pass a ten (10) year background check.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
• Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Four (4) years of experience in a strategy, analytics, engineering or technology role.
• Good understanding of software engineering environments and standards.
• Experience managing Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).

• When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft.
