Position Summary:

The Lead Paid Media Content and Strategy plays a pivotal role in driving digital marketing success by managing and optimizing web presence, and enhancing the performance of paid media campaigns and placements across JetBlue websites. This position is responsible for overseeing the development and implementing engaging web content for Paisly partner websites, supporting both promotional and evergreen initiatives.  Content will be strategically crafted to align with brand guidelines, address the needs of diverse user groups, and maximize paid campaign performance. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager Paid Media for Paisly.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leveraging various Content Management Systems (CMS) platforms to implement web content across the various landing pages/websites during promotional and non-promo periods.
  • Coordinates content with the promotional calendar and partners with the creative team to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels year-round.
  • Ensures flawless execution of live website content and accurate Urchin Tracking Module (UTM) tracking across owned and operated channels through meticulous attention to detail.
  • Conducts regular quality assurance (QA) checks of website content, identifies and troubleshoots errors and coordinates with the Tech team by opening tickets for resolution.
  • Collaborates with JetBlue Marketing teams to secure promotional and brand placements across app, TrueBlue portal, and homepage channels.
  • Partners with the Creative and Paid Media teams to create high-impact copy and visuals that optimize paid landing page performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, under the direction of the Senior Manager of Paid Media, for all Marketing A/B testing initiatives including both Dynamic Yield and non-traditional experiments.
  • Develops and executes A/B testing strategies for paid media landing pages, leveraging insights to enhance performance across promotional and evergreen campaigns.
  • Other complex projects and duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing; OR High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience in a related field.
  • Four (4) years of experience overseeing web content, with demonstrated strength in writing and editing.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.
  • Proficient in project management tools, including Asana and Jira.
  • Experience running experiments using A/B testing tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across a wide range of departments and teams.
  • Available for occasional overnight travel (10%).
  • Must pass a ten (10) year background check.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
  • Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

 

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience performing similar duties ideally for a travel brand.

 

Crewmember Expectations:

  • Regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short notice.
  • Able to maintain a professional appearance.
  • When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft.
  • The use of ChatGPT or any other automated tool during the interview process will disqualify a candidate from being considered for the position.
