Position Summary
The Coordinator Product Operations JetBlue Travel Products (JTP) handles loading of hotel contracts/promotions, entering stop sell dates, rate revisions, website revisions, and obtaining confirmations of reservations. The Coordinator logs and tracks all room inventory allocation functions for the Product team. The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate execution of loading to make products available to customers.

Essential Responsibilities
- Load hotel rates, promotions, contract extensions, renovation notices, rate revisions and all other data entry for JTP business partners including hotel, activity, ground transfers and any future products.
- Responsible for building new contracts, both static and dynamic in all necessary platforms.
- Document client contract details into the reservation system.
- Manage daily room block inventories and logs into the reservation system through the procurement and release as business demands.
- Monitors room space and contacts business partners to request additional inventory when needed.
- Ensure accuracy of all documents, reports, reservations, and applicable contracts.
- Processing and ordering activities.
- Retain and update SharePoint tasks, Outlook and Images.
- Other complex projects and duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma.
- One (1) year customer service experience.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint), Internet Explorer and familiarity with or the ability to learn Google office tools.
- Detail oriented.
- Demonstrate clerical skills through an onsite job assessment.
- Advanced computer skills (accuracy and speed of typing).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude in a high pressure team environment.
- Available for occasional overnight travel (up to 10%).
- Able to pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Previous room inventory allocation experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Knowledge of JetBlue systems.
