Position Summary: 

The Coordinator, Cruise Product Operations is responsible for ensuring a seamless, accurate and optimized vacation booking experience within the booking ecosystem. This role blends hands-on inventory management with digital content curation, focusing on manually building complex Flight+Cruise vacation bundles, auditing system errors and maximizing product availability. The ideal candidate will act as a vital cross-functional bridge, collaborating with Marketing to align promotional content, supporting Customer Care with intricate itinerary changes, and maintaining the backend data systems that keep our website accurate and competitive. 

  

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Build and maintain manual Flights + Cruise vacation bundles for net-rate cruise partners, ensuring high levels of accuracy and adherence to company quality standards. 

  • Conduct daily reviews of system error reports and actively support troubleshooting efforts to identify and resolve root causes. 

  • Optimize inventory availability by continuously monitoring cluster status and proactively re-packaging unpackaged items to meet demand requirements. 

  • Assist the Customer Care team (call center) with executing manual itinerary changes. 

  • Support the successful delivery of special projects by proactively adapting to changing business needs and fulfilling additional responsibilities as requested. 

  • Manage the Cruise Content Management System (CMS) by updating cruise pods and maintaining rate accuracy on the website. 

  • Actively monitor inventory availability and proactively flag any discrepancies or issues to the broader team. 

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to update pages and ensure all promotional content is aligned with live product. 

  • Maintain the Interline Rates Sheet and ensure all SharePoint tasks, Outlook logs and image assets are up to date. 

  • Other duties as assigned. 

  

Minimum Experience and Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required. 

  • One (1) year of customer service or related experience. 

  • One (1) year of Hospitality, Business, Technology or related field. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive. 

  • Strong attention to detail. 

  • Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking abilities. 

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across teams and stakeholders. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative and positive attitude in a high-pressure team setting. 

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain flexibility. 

  • Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)  

  • Must be able to pass a ten (10) year background check. 

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.  

  • Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. 

  

Preferred Experience and Qualifications: 

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Technology, or a related field. 

  • Previous experience with room inventory allocation and management. 

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build effective relationships across stakeholders. 

  • Experience in the travel, hospitality, or airline industry, particularly with hotel distribution, reservations, or connectivity systems. 

  • Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Channel Managers, Property Management Systems (PMS), or other third-party connectivity platforms. 

  • Prior experience in contract loading, rate management, or promotions set up in a hospitality or travel environment. 

  • Knowledge of JetBlue systems, policies, or processes. 

  • Working knowledge of APIs, system integrations, or technical troubleshooting for connectivity solutions. 

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate reports and identify trends for process improvement. 

  • Effective time management skills with the ability to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills. 

  • Prior experience collaborating cross-functionally with commercial, product, or technology teams. 

  

Crewmember Expectations: 

  • Regular attendance and punctuality.   

  • Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice.  

  • Able to maintain a professional appearance.  

  • When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft.  

  • The use of ChatGPT or any other automated tool during the interview process will disqualify a candidate from being considered for the position.

Physical Effort:
