Located at the Fort Lauderdale Inspiration Center (FLIC) in South Florida, the budding epi-center of the travel and hospitality industry, JetBlue Travel Products works hard to integrate personalization and technology into the airline and the broader travel journey for all JetBlue customers.

 

The JetBlue Travel Products (JTP) Analyst, Marketing Promotions is dedicated to the optimization and maintenance of multi-channel revenue driving promotions. This role assists the Lead, Marketing in managing customer’s interactions with and perceptions about the JetBlue Vacations brand through all B2C marketing touch points - with a specific focus on driving engagement and success by improving/optimizing our platforms (email, website, social media, etc.)

Essential Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for creating revenue driving promotions and amplifying with associated distribution channels. 
  • Responsible for creating and managing the promotion’s process, calendar and timeline while working collaboratively across the Tech and creative teams, documenting learnings. 
  • Responsible for co-managing measurement analysis of promotions and marketing channels performance.
  • Responsible for planning and executing campaigns/optimization focused on but not limited to email and website promotions, email and website personalization/targeting and media channels to drive traffic and improved booking rate of our platforms.
  • Responsible for executing in-house co-op marketing campaigns with business partners and providing recaps on performance.
  • Support Lead, Marketing in overseeing all B2C marketing efforts to extend brand awareness and drive revenue of both new and existing JetBlue Vacations customers.
  • Other complex projects and duties as assigned.  

 

Minimum Experience and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant experience.
  • Four (4) years of email and digital web marketing and promotions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be skilled at exhibiting attention to detail.
  • Must be meticulously organized about meeting timelines, deliverables and following processes/procedures.
  • Excellent at proofing written and visual creative concepts before B2C launch.
  • Comfortable working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Available for occasional overnight travel (10%).
  • Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test.
  • Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. 

 

Preferred Experience and Qualifications 

  • Experience in customer segmentation strategies and prioritization of campaigns based on those segments.
  • Keen understanding of the interplay between content types within the digital guest experience.
  • Experience with identifying and executing email marketing best practices, both for desktop and mobile.
  • Experience and understanding of digital marketing analyses and A/B testing of creative to better our email and website marketing strategies.
  • Experience designing and executing brand marketing prioritization across a brand website (what products/destinations/features to highlight) for a period of at least 12 months.

 

Crewmember Expectations 

  • Regular attendance and punctuality.  
  • Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice. 
  • Able to maintain a professional appearance. 
  • When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft. 
  • Must be an appropriate organizational fit for the JetBlue culture, that is, exhibit the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion, and Fun.
