Position Summary
The Analyst, Commercial Strategy and Partnerships at Paisly plays a key role in driving growth across our travel products and business lines. This individual is a strategic thinker, skilled executor and strong communicator who is passionate about the travel space and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
In this cross-functional role, the ideal candidate will work closely with teams across Technology, Marketing, Finance and Operations. Responsibilities include managing existing product partnerships while also identifying and cultivating new ones to expand Paisly’s footprint. The Analyst will also collaborate with product leaders on the development and launch of new travel products and feature enhancements, ensuring a coordinated strategy across customer segmentation, product offerings and marketing campaigns.
A strong focus will be placed on customer acquisition, revenue generation and optimizing the end-to-end customer experience, from booking and servicing, all the way through the trip itself.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys managing multiple projects from ideation through execution. Projects will span data analysis, onboarding new partners and products, identifying revenue opportunities, leading project management efforts, enhancing user experience (UX), conducting testing and more.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Support the development of the Commercial product strategy, owning the research and analysis and driving the insights to prioritize strategic initiatives.
- Drive awareness, adoption and revenue for Paisly through creating new programs and initiatives, identifying promotional opportunities and testing.
- Project manage the launch of new travel products and enhancements, coordinating Product, Tech and Marketing efforts to ensure timely and successful launches.
- Once launched, provide regular reporting and business insights into the commercial performance of aforementioned travel products.
- Drive changes to existing and new products based on insights to increase customer attachment, satisfaction and return purchase.
- Organize, facilitate and document critical team meetings regarding business management and product launches.
- Build scalable processes using a combination of documentation standard operating procedures (SOPs), delegation and automation.
- Act as a role model by being highly engaged and an active participant during Paisly leadership and team meetings.
- Be an ‘advocate’ of Paisly at industry conferences, events and gatherings.
- Provides necessary support to peer groups across the Paisly organization.
- Other complex projects and duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience in Commercial, Marketing or a related field.
- One (1) year of consulting, strategic, product or business development experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with the basics of project management (Gantt, task tracking).
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Products.
- Experience with business analysis using Excel, Spreadsheets, etc.
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and recommendations to peers and department leaders both written and verbal.
- Flexible and able to work at any time, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Available for occasional overnight travel (10%).
- Self-motivated and flexible to a constantly changing environment.
- Effective research skills including the ability to analyze information and make determinations in accordance with company guidelines.
- Must pass a ten (10) year background check.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
- Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Four (4) years of relevant job experience equivalent.
- Knowledge of ecommerce and online travel industry.
- Experience launching new customer products or customer journeys.
- Track record of presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders.

- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice.
- Able to maintain a professional appearance.
- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft.
