Position Summary
The Administrator, People Experience reports to the Senior Head of People and supports administrative and office functions within Paisly. In addition to optimizing the operational efficiency of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) through calendar management, logistical coordination and high-level administrative oversight, this role also supports foundational Human Resources (HR) functions with the opportunity to take on increased HR responsibilities over time. This position is designed for a candidate seeking to grow within the HR field through organic development, providing exposure to core HR processes while contributing to broader people-related initiatives and business operations. Beyond executive and HR support, this role is the primary architect of the "Paisly Experience," responsible for planning and executing a year-round calendar of engagement activities that foster a sense of community and fun for all crewmembers.

Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain complex calendars and daily schedules of ELT while handling sensitive internal/external communications, meeting logistics and confidential administrative requirements to ensure operational efficacy.
- Own the end-to-end design and execution of Paisly’s year-round crewmember engagement calendar, culture events and recognition initiatives to drive morale, connectivity and organizational support.
- Oversee the physical environment and general presentation of the Fort Lauderdale Inspiration Center (FLIC); manage space utilization, procurement of office supplies and event set-ups.
- Administer the People team budget by tracking expenditures and reconciling invoices.
- Manage executive travel arrangements and process expense reports for leadership and various senior leaders.
- HR responsibilities may include candidate scheduling and communication, pre-screening applicants and processing candidates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Facilitate the crewmember lifecycle by supporting Paisly-specific onboarding and assisting with the administration of broader HR initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and execute other complex administrative duties as assigned to support the evolution of the Paisly brand.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma.
- Two (2) years’ experience in an administrative role supporting executive leadership or facilitating people focused programs.
- One (1) year of experience in a HR role.
- Demonstrated experience in event planning or employee engagement programs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
- Experience working under executive leader and using correct interpersonal skills to keep them on track, managing multiple priorities.
- Experience organizing/coordinating projects while providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Must be comfortable in a demanding, fast paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Available for occasional overnight travel (up to 10%)
- Currently in possession of valid travel documents with the ability to travel in and out of the United States.
- Able to work flexible hours and be available for an emergency response on short notice.
- Must pass a ten (10) year background check.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
- Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Two (2) years’ prior exposure to HR operations with a basic understanding of HR practices and/or crewmember lifecycle support.
- Three (3) years’ experience in an administrative position.
- Proven ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience working with multiple schedules and coordinating meetings in Outlook.
- Demonstrates time and organizational management skills when dealing with constant time sensitive requests.
Crewmember Expectations
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice.
- Able to maintain a professional appearance.
- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft.
