If you’re a people-person who can deliver award-winning customer service in a 24-hour operation where no two days are the same, Airport Operations (AO) could be the job for you. Our friendly and helpful AO crewmembers welcome customers with a smile, and help manage a smooth check-in and boarding process. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a helpful attitude, solid computer skills and be committed to serving with excellence in all situations. Roles are available at nearly all of our JetBlue destinations.
